Prerequisite Files

Branding Files: Provide logos in vector formats like.AI,.PSD,.EPS,.SVG, or.PDF.
Designs: Submit tech packs. If unavailable, offer at least three high - res reference images or sketches from different views.
Artwork Files: Vector - formatted files for prints, embroidery, concepts, and packaging, with clear dimensions.
Size Chart: A detailed garment measurement size chart for each design (distinct from body measurements).

Our Efficient Process

Initial Contact: Send your inquiry. We'll discuss project needs and share an order form link for design submission.
Design Submission: After receiving your design, we'll send a customized price estimate. Startups without designs can share ideas or Amazon product links for a tailored quote.
Product Development (1 - 2 weeks): No tech pack? We'll create one. It contains details for our factory's sample - making team.
Material Sourcing (1 - 3 days): Once the price is accepted, send us fitting and sizing samples. We'll source fabrics and trims for your selection.
Sample Creation (1 - 2 weeks): While sourcing, our in - house team finalizes design details and tech packs for your approval. Usually, two sample rounds are needed before bulk production.
Bulk Production (4 - 6 weeks): After sample approval, we start large - scale production.
Quality Control (2 - 3 days): Our team inspects products post - production, fixing any issues before packaging.
Packing and Shipping (2 - 3 days, excl. delivery): The final step! We handle shipping paperwork. You make the final payment (balance + shipping) before we dispatch your products.
